  This is a company that just dozes off.
  I was crossing the road, as a pedestrian, who had the right-of-way. As a car-driver came to (last-second) stop within 4 feet, to play of attempting to scare me. As this be the ongoing game of car-drivers.
  He & I had a back&forth yelling argument.
  Once he left, I turned around ---- see a blue-panel-on-white-truck "PERRY ELECTRIC" parked. With its Male Employee slacking back, deep asleep.
  I have now imagined how back-minded Perry Electric be in more emergency-related situations. No energy out-put of their workers to accomplish any labor. When I called the phone#, the sound be only of a fax; then of busy signal. That all be signal that this company wants of NO communication. Concealed.
