  Jake is a high-caliber, reliable, punctual, and responsible individual. Absolutely. I have been receiving quarterly pest-control service at my home in San Diego for about a year now and will definitely continue to do so. Jake owns his company, W2 Termite & Pest Management. Billing is super simple and efficient. When it's time for the quarterly service, he sends a txt as a reminder and bills via email.
  
  Last year, I needed to find a solution to help control the growing population poisonous spiders in my yard and exterior structures of my house and garage. I searched quite diligently and spoke with/received quotes from three different companies. Jake's rates are definitely competitive and well worth it! Jake came to my home and spent all the time I needed to ask questions and discuss issues at my property. He didn't try to "sell" me on quarterly service or pressure me with contracts or the like. I was so happy with the first visit and Jake's candor that I called him back to set up quarterly service.
  
  Not long ago, I noticed that bees had set up a HUGE hive in one of my bougainvillea. Granted, I love the bees and love having them around, but if you've ever been around a hive of bees protecting their queen, it's another story. There were literally hundreds of them swarming my backyard. I called Jake and asked what I should do and he said, "I'll be there to take care of it ASAP." It's actually part of the service he provides when you are receiving regular service from him. I am aware that if I'd have had to hire a company to come out specifically to address the hive problem it would have cost a service visit (probably ~$100 or more).
  
  Hiring Jake was one of the best decisions I made last year and I couldn't be happier with his work, rates, and work ethic. Give Jake a call, ask any questions you have, and see for yourself. Wishing you all a great day!
