  Located inside Costco. No Costco card needed. This is the least expensive eye exam around.
  
  But, I do not recommend Dr. Arellano. He doesn't spend the extra time that you might need if you have difficult vision needs. He's too rushed. And he doesn't listen. I'm cheap, but I would rather pay more for a doctor who cares.
  
  He also seems uneducated. I did my own research. He said Purevision lenses aren't available in -2.25 cyl; I confirmed they are. He said GP lenses have no optical zone; I confirmed they do. I'm cheap, but I would rather pay more for an educated doctor.
